Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed on designstudio.elevebusinesssolutions.com. References to “we,” “us” and “our” mean Eleve Business Solutions LLC. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Orders and payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due in full at checkout, except for websites, which require a deposit at checkout with the remaining balance due when your website is complete and before it goes live. We accept PayPal and major debit and credit cards, and buy now, pay later options may be offered at checkout through our payment providers. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
Your client portal
When your payment goes through, an Eleve client portal account is created for you and you will receive an email to set your password. Your questionnaire, proofs, messages and final files are all managed in the portal. Clients who order through this website are one-time clients for the services they purchase and are not enrolled in a yearly design package. Please keep your login information private.
Turnaround times and rush orders
Design orders should be placed at least one week in advance, and logo and book designs at least two weeks in advance, unless you choose a rush option at checkout. Orders placed on weekends or after 12 PM begin the next business day. Turnaround times begin once your questionnaire and all requested materials have been received. Websites are typically completed within 4 to 6 weeks after all wording and images are received. Turnaround times are estimates, and printing and shipping times are set by our print partners and carriers.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide complete and accurate information, including your wording, logo, photos and any other materials needed for your project. You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you send us, and you are responsible for any claims related to the content you provide. We are not responsible for errors in information you provide or in artwork you approve.
Proofs, revisions and approval
We will post your proof in your client portal for review. Each service includes the revisions listed for that service, and logo designs include two design concepts and up to three revisions. Additional revisions or changes in project scope may carry an extra fee. Once you approve a proof, the design is considered final, and approved designs are sent to print or delivered as final files.
Ownership and use of designs
After your order is paid in full, you may use your final design files for your business. Final files are delivered in standard formats such as PNG, JPG or PDF. Editable source files are not included unless agreed to in writing. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website and social media unless you ask us in writing not to.
Websites, domains and hosting
Website packages include your domain name and hosting for the first year. After the first year, hosting and domain renewal is $120 per year or $10 per month. If renewal payments are not made, your website and domain may be suspended or expire. A design agreement will be sent for you to sign electronically within 24 hours of your website order, and that agreement is part of these terms.
Refunds
All sales are final. Please review our No Refund Policy before placing your order.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided as described on this website. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Eleve Business Solutions LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities, and our total responsibility for any order will not be more than the amount you paid for that order.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
